Welcome to the Hinstock Lawn Tennis Club website www.tennis.hinstock.com.
We are a small village club with a membership of around 70 adults and juniors, based in the small North Shropshire village of Hinstock. We have two hard courts and floodlights to ensure that poor light never affects play.
The club in its present incarnation came into existence in March 2001 after a group of committed villagers put together a successful bid for funding. However Hinstock had a thriving tennis club over 70 years ago (see our history page).
We have a thriving junior coaching programme thanks to the hard work and devotion of a small number of club members and also hold a series of adult coaching sessions throughout the course of the year.
HLTC is a very friendly club and is always ready to welcome new members of any age or ability, so why not come down one club night and have a chat with members and have a knock around on court ?
