To avoid injury, always perform warm up and cool down exercises before and after a game of tennis.
Please remember to take no more than 4 tennis balls on to a court as too many balls lying on the courts can cause a tripping injury.

Open to All
Outside of club times (club nights, coaching sessions, matches and tournaments), our courts are available to be booked by HLTC members and non-members alike.
The booking system is very kindly managed by the Hinstock Post Office and General Stores.

Tokens for the floodlights are available from the shop at a cost of 50p for 1/2 an hour.
Non-members are also welcome to attend club nights as a guest of a member. There is a visitor charge of £1 per guest and for insurance purposes, guest names must be written in the club house diary. Members will be billed by the treasurer for these fees. After 4 visits in a season, guests are invited to join the club.

- Fund raising activities - in the past we have raised £180 for Breast Cancer Campaign and £850 in the 24 hour tennis marathon to support junior tennis development in the club and enable Hinstock School to add to their range of play and sporting equipment.
- Access to Wimbledon tickets allocated through the regional LTA.
